I reused one of the passenger seats (with 2 rather than 3 sets of seatbelts) and recovered both the passenger and drivers seat.  I can only legally seat 3 people (1 driver and 2 passengers whilst vehicle is in motion) but the cabin can seat 8 people
Driver seat with new seat covers (beyond my skill to make these!)
The seat was broken near the head. I reglued it using carpet adhesive spray
The driver's seat with the old cover removed
The seat detaches from the driver seat frame which has a compressed air supply to raise/lower seat.
New 3 point inertia reel seatbelt from eBay
New anchor bolts for the driver seatbelt. UK law requires 3 point driver belts (my bus only had lapbelt)
New driver seat base bolts
Passenger seat cover removed. Shows mountings for lapbelts.
Recovered passenger seat
How to fix tears in the seat foam
I went with faux leather black seats with bus yellow piping
Old seatbelt fitting
